Workers at he Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis are set to vote by mail in a union election this month conducted by the National Labor Relations Board.
The Guthrie’s scenic artists petitioned the labor board in December after an organizing drive supported by United Scenic Artists Local 829. The IATSE affiliate represents over 5,000 set designers across the U.S.
Fifteen workers are eligible to vote in the mail-in election. The NLRB will tally votes Feb. 22.
