Our movement has shown the power to take on the biggest, richest bosses on the planet, and we will need to do the same when powerful, extremist politicians come after members of our union family.

The 2024 election produced mixed results for unions locally, but a devastating outcome on the federal level.

In one of the most consequential elections of our lifetime, union members are well positioned to make a difference.

Unions, labor standards and collective bargaining would be targets of a second Trump administration, according to an analysis of the document by the AFL-CIO.

As a labor movement, it’s imperative that we mobilize union members to get to the polls and vote in our general election on or before Nov. 5.

“With Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, your paycheck is safe, your health care is secure and your pension is protected,” one labor leader said.

At the heart of the “Labor 2024” campaign will be conversations between union members – in the break room, on the doorstep or over the phone – about what matters to them.
