Delta workers say the airline has responded to their organizing drive with a relentless union-busting campaign, cracking down on pro-union speech and flooding the workplace with disinformation.
Their unions may bring different issues and priorities to the bargaining table, but flight attendants share a common demand for more respect.

“If this is a family,” one Delta ramp worker said, “it’s the most dysfunctional family I’ve ever been a part of.”
“Delta uses all their friends and allies to defeat unions,” former baggage handler and longtime union activist Kip Hedges said. “We must do the same to win union representation.”
